How do I create an account?

Click here to find the "create account" form. Fill in your name, contact information, and email and password, and you're set! When you sign up, you'll be logged in automatically and can start creating your entries right away.

Where do I go to submit entries?

When you first log into your account, you'll see a "Start a new entry" form. Please give your entry a title (use the address of your show home as the title), and click the "Start" button. In the form that loads, you will find all the information you need in order to submit an entry. You don't have to complete your entry all in one sitting. Hit the "Save" button any time, and come back to it later.

Am I able to withdraw my entry after the deadline date?

You may withdraw your entry on or prior to Wednesday, January 8, 2026 without penalty. If you withdraw your show home after this date, your entry fee of $1,500.00 is forfeited unless another home is entered in place of the withdrawn entry. If you withdraw your show home after this date without finding a replacement, you will forfeit your entry fee of $1,500.00 and will be subject to additional fines. Replacement homes must be submitted to the MHBA no later than January 19, 2026 in order to receive a proof.

Will there be judging for the Parade of Homes?

No, there will not be any judging done for the Parade of Homes.

Will there still be a Spring Reception?

The Spring Reception will be held on Friday, April 17, 2025 at the Regent Event Centre. More information about the event will be released in the coming months. Builders will receive one complimentary event ticket per show home entry.
?The Sales Agent Awards will be presented at the Spring Reception. Nominations for the awards will open on February 5th with a deadline date of March 5th. Should you have any questions about the Sales Agent Awards, please contact Amanda at aserediuk@homebuilders.mb.ca

How do I pay?

The MHBA will send you an invoice with payment instructions. 

Can I make changes to my entry after I've submitted it?

Yes, you can continue to edit your entries until the submission deadline. After the deadline, you will be able to view your entries, but the editing controls will be disabled.

Do I need any kind of special software to make my entries?

This awards system is entirely web-based. You can create your entries on your phone, iPad, laptop, or any computer. All you need is a browser.

How do you protect my information?

Your account is protected by industry-leading 4096-bit encryption, and the entire system is backed up every day.
